The main body 10 of this coffin made of paperboard is constituted of a lid part 20 and a box part 30 and a storage part 21 for storing dry ice D as cold insulant for a body and a cold air hole are equipped inside the main body 10. When the storage part 21 for dry ice D is equipped on the lid part 20, a box body separately made of paperboard may be assembled after assembling the lid part 20 or simultaneously assembled when the lid part is assembled. When the storage part 21 for dry ice D is assembled on the box part 30, the box body separately made of paperboard may be assembled after assembling the box part 30 or simultaneously assembled when the box part 30 is assembled.
