Title:
COFFIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005073984
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a coffin, which is easy to assemble and disassemble.

The coffin comprises a bottom plate, a side plate provided on each side of the bottom plate, a support pillar provided to stand on each corner of the bottom plate, and a lid part. They are made of nanosized/edible materials, or decomposable plastic, by injection molding, casting, or forging. A part of a periphery of the support pillar is notched, which forms a vertically grooved part. Cut edges of the grooved part form 90 degrees and therein a coupling part is formed. The support pillar is mounted on each corner of the bottom plate so that the cuts of the grooved parts of the support pillars can face each other. A coupling part of the side plate is formed on both its longitudinal ends, and at a position corresponding to the counterpart on the support pillar. Coupling the coupling parts and fixing the side plates make an internal space as a coffin.
