A fuel supply line 3 having a liquefied natural gas evaporator 4 for cooling a coolant to recover an energy from a liquefied natural gas cylinder 2 as cold heat and a fuel warmer 3a arranged in a smoke funnel 13 to recover the energy of exhaust gas is allowed to communicate with a combustor 8a for blowing combustion gas to a micro gas turbine 7 for driving a generator 9, which is allowed to communicate with an air compressor 6. An exhaust gas discharge line 10 for discharging the exhaust gas discharged from the micro gas turbine 7 is allowed to communicate with the smoke funnel 13 through a heat exchanger 11 for warming the combusting air and a primary heater 12 for providing hot water.
