Title:
COIL, AND ANTENNA AND TRANSFORMER EMPLOYING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3852778
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stray capacitance components occurring between winding layers of wires, thereby reduces variations in characteristics among components or changes in coil inductance value caused by temperature changes, and to achieve miniaturization as well as cost reduction.
SOLUTION: A wiring section 30 is divided between two collars 22a, 22b into a plurality of sections 30a, 30b, 30c, 30d. The wiring 30 is formed by a solenoidal winding in which one layer of wires are wound from one end side to the other end side in each section, and then winding sequentially turns back, thus winding each section in laminated form. The wires are preferably wound such that the laminated form is slanted, and as the interface surface of an adjacent section comes close to the top, it gets closer to the collar section where winding starts. In each section at both ends, the wires are preferably wound such that as at least part in the vicinity of the upper layer of the end surface opposing the collar comes closer to the top of the layer, it becomes more distant from the collar. The divided solenoidal coil can also be used for an antenna coil or a transformer coil.
