A terminal base part 35 is provided on both ends of a coil bobbin 24 and the coil bobbin 24 is provided with first, second and third coil winding parts 47, 48 and 49 for winding first, second and third coils 21, 22 and 23. The leader line of the first coil 21 is connected to the terminal base part at one end, and the second and third coils 22 and 23 are connected to the terminal base part 35 at the other end. The third coil winding part 49 is provided with leader line insertion parts 51 and 52 for inserting the leader line of the second coil 22. By the third coil winding part 49, the third coil 23 is wound in an area separated in an outer peripheral direction from the leader line of the second coil 22 inserted to the leader line insertion parts 51 and 52.
