A cross-sectional shape on the side opposing the welding object of the concentrating part 1 is formed in a curve composed of a circle, an ellipse, and a part of a parabola, or a groove is formed on the side opposed to the welding object of the concentrating part 1, and a groove shape is formed in a V shape, a U shape, a semicircular shape or rectangular shape.
