Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil feeder for a press machine by which a coiled strip can be fed by the positioning of the rotation angle of a cam rotating shaft, and also, automatic release can be performed.
SOLUTION: A cam rotating shaft in the feeding operation of the coiled strip on the selection of automatic release is formed in such a manner that the positioning of the rotation angle is possible alternately to a first rotation angle position and a second rotation angle position alternately selected and switched by the rotary control of an exclusive motor. Further, in a prescribed time during a period when the second rotation angle position is selected, the positioning of the rotation angle can be switched from the second rotation angle position into a third rotation angle position, and also, after the passage of the prescribed time, the positioning of the rotation angle is returned from the third rotation angle position into the second rotation angle position and can be switched.
