Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil insulation conductor wire that can obtain a sufficient fixing force in a varnish treatment for fixing a coil and has excellent heat resistance and flexure property.SOLUTION: A coil insulation wire includes a twisted wire obtained by twisting a plurality of coated conductor wires, and a covering material provided so as to surround a circumference of the twisted wire. The coated conductor wire includes a conductor element wire and an insulation coating formed of polyimide provided so as to cover a surface of the conductor element wire. The covering material is formed of polyether ether ketone. There is a gap between an inner surface of the covering material and the twisted wire, and a rate of the gap in the inside portion of the covering material is 30 to 50%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
