Abstract:
To reduce the cost when manufacturing a coil from a coil material having a rectangular cross section and to facilitate quality assurance.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a coil includes: preparing a coil material having a rectangular cross section, including a plurality of first coil pieces, a plurality of second coil pieces arranged alternately in a predetermined direction with the plurality of first coil pieces and integrally connected to the plurality of first coil pieces, and a plurality of bending portions; and forming a helical coil by bending the coil material at the plurality of bending portions such that the plurality of first coil pieces and the plurality of second coil pieces are alternately overlap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
