A coil material feeder which straightens a coil material wound in a coil shape by an uncoiler and feeds the coil material to the press includes a leveler part for straightening and feeding out the coil material, and a guide part for loop-forming the coil material after being fed from the leveler part, and further includes another guide part which sets the bulge of the formed loop to a desired value, and loop-forms the coil material before entering the leveler part. The leveler part is arranged at an intermediate part where the loop shape is deformed.
