Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component of high characteristics while down-sizing.SOLUTION: A coil component includes an insulator and a coil. The insulator has width direction in a first axial direction, length direction in a second axial direction, and height direction in a third axial direction, and is composed of a non-magnetic material. The coil has a circulation part wound around the first axial direction, and is placed in the insulator. The ratio of height size to length size of the insulator, is 1.5 times or less of the ratio of height size between inner peripheral parts of the circulation part in the third axial direction to length size between inner peripheral parts of the circulation part in the second axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
