Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a coil tube to put into a winding shaft by forming core openings with a number of radial notches entered the coil tube alternately in opposite directions and mutually overlapping these radial notches in a region of a central axis of the coil tube. SOLUTION: A coil bobbin comprises a coil tube 2, flanges 3, 4 formed to be integrated with the coil tube 2 in an end region of a coil winding chamber, and flange additions 5, 6 at the end side. The coil bobbin has a core opening 7 toward the axis and through the full length, the core opening 7 being formed by a plurality of radial notches 7a and 7c (7b is omitted) entering the coil tube 2 alternatively in opposite directions. This coil tube 2 has a plurality of wall elements linked throughout the outer surface, these wall elements being interrupted at one hand and the other hand by window-shaped radial notches 7a and 7c, respectively.
