Abstract:
To reduce a leakage magnetic flux penetrating a gap of planar type coils.SOLUTION: A coil unit has a coil structure in which a first planer type coil arranged with a flat-plate like first conductor 11 in an annular shape and a second planer type coil arranged with a flat-like second conductor 14 in an annular shape are laminated in a direction parallel to a coil axis. When viewing it from a direction parallel to the coil axis, an area of a first gap 12 which is not overlapped with a second gap 15 is wider than an area of the first gap 12 overlapped with the second gap 15. The first gap 12 is a part where the first conductor 11 in the first planer type coil viewed from the direction parallel to the coil axis is not formed. The second gap 15 is a part where the second conductor 14 in the second planer type coil viewed from the direction parallel to the coil axis is not formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1C
