CONSTITUTION: Yoke pattern portions 42 made of a magnetic substance are formed at least at the anti-magnet side of waste pattern portions 40 in a detecting coil layer 26 in motor coil substrate 2, where a plurality of drive coils 28 are laid in at least one drive coil layer 22 arranged along the direction of circumference and on the surface of anti-magnet side of the drive coil layers 22 and 24, and a coil pattern portion 32 for detecting rotation speed is formed together with waste pattern portions 40 for reinforcing the strength.
