Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a high-reliability coil for transformers which allows the bare wires at the ends of winding to be reduced enough.
CONSTITUTION: A coil for transformers uses a bobbin coil 13 having a winding core 14, upper and lower flanges 2 and 3 and pin terminals 4a-4d. The width of each of lead-out grooves 20 formed at the lower flange is reduced and grooves extending from the upper face of the flange 3 to the bottom face is expanded to form gaps like a truncated cone and the ends of winding pass through the grooves and wrapped around the terminals 4c and 4d.
