Abstract:
To provide a boosting circuit which can highly efficiently boost a voltage, a transformer which can be used suitably in the boosting circuit, and a coil and a coil unit which can be used suitably in the transformer.
The spirally wound coil L is formed by successively arranging a plurality of first wirings A1 composed of first conductor layers and a plurality of second wirings A2 composed of second conductor layers so that the wirings A1 and A2 may cross each other and connecting the end sections of the wirings A1 and A2 to each other through via hole plugs B1.
