Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the manufacturing cost, while suppressing the load applied to a conductive wire forming a coil.SOLUTION: Coil units (10, 20) are used for noncontact power transmission. The coil unit is formed while containing a magnetic material, and includes a core (11) extending in one direction, protection parts (12, 12a, 21, 21a) covering at least a part of the corner area, and having a curved surface that is convex in a direction away from the core, and a coil (13) formed by a conductive wire wound around the core and the protection parts, so as to extend in other direction intersecting the one direction. In particular, the conductive wire is disposed above the protection part along the curved surface thereof.
