PURPOSE: To make it possible to wind a piece of wire accurately and quickly without skill by turning both open parts of a U-shaped core with a first motor with a feeding rod as the center, rotating the feeding rod with a second motor, pulling out a piece of wire for winding from a bobbin through a pulling pulley at the tip, and advancing the wire straight at a constant speed.
CONSTITUTION: When a first motor 4 is rotated, opening parts 72 and 73 of a core 7 are concentrically turned through a rotary shaft 5 with a feeding rod 15 in-between. Meanwhile, the rotation of a second motor 21 is transferred to the feeding rod 15 by way of a driving pulley 22, a belt 23, a driven pulley 13 and a rotary tube 12. The feeding rod 15 is rotated and moved in the direction of an arrow at a constant speed. The wire to be wound 42 which is pulled out of a bobbin 41 is fed through a feeding hole 17 and wound in a spiral pattern at a constant pitch from the base part to the tip of the opening part 72 of the core 7. When the wire to be wound 42 is wound and reaches the tip of the open part 72, and the specified number of windings is obtained, a hoot switch 33 is operated, and the rotations of both motors are stopped. At this time, the number of the windings of the wire 42 can be read based on the display on a counter 10 which is linked to the rotary shaft 5 through gears 8 and 9.
