Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a coil winding machine being compact, inexpensive and extremely efficient with shape return scarcely caused to a ring.
CONSTITUTION: Metallic wire 4 delivered from a delivery roller 5 is cut by a cutter 16, and the metallic wire is molded into ring shape by recessed parts 7A, 8A, 9A formed at the tips of pressing metal molds 7, 8, 9 reciprocated toward a circular core metal 3. In a coil winding machine of such constitution, a rotating cam plate 1 is used as mechanism for reciprocating pressing metal molds 7, 8, 9, and the pressing metal molds 7, 8, 9 are moved toward the core metal by rotating the cam plate 1.
