Abstract:

PURPOSE: To retain a shape of unvulcanized rubber member such as control of contraction of tread rubber and prevention of collapsing of a form of side rubber.
CONSTITUTION: A wind-up liner 10 is constituted of a base part 12 which is made into a beltlike state and a crosspiece part 14 provided on both end parts 12B, 12C of the surface 12A of the base part 12 continuously respectively along a longitudinal direction of the base part 12. Although the base part 12 is nonelastic, it is made bendable and peeling resistant force of the surface 12A of the base part 12 is made at least 150g/inch. The crosspiece 14 is constituted of a rubber material and the same is constituted so that the same abuts against the rear 12D of the adjoining base part 12 under a wind-around state and a holding part 20 holding an unvulcanized rubber member 22 is formed between the same and the adjoining base part 12.
