Abstract:
To provide a coil that can improve the thermal conductivity of an insulator.SOLUTION: A coil is a wound wire provided with a conductor and an insulator covering the conductor, and the insulator consists of ceramic particles and an amorphous oxide. The average thickness of the insulator is 1 μm or more and 50 μm or less, and the average particle size of the ceramic particles is 0.4 μm or more and 10 μm or less. On the cut surface of the insulator, the area of the ceramic particles with respect to the area of the insulator is 50% or more and 70% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
