Abstract:
To provide a coil that can improve the thermal conductivity of an insulator.SOLUTION: A coil is a wound wire provided with a conductor and an insulator covering the conductor. The insulator consists of ceramic particles, ceramic fibers and amorphous oxides, and the average thickness of the insulator is 5 μm or more and 50 μm or less. In the cut surface of the insulator, the area of the ceramic particles is 40% or more and 65% or less with respect to the area of the insulator, and the area of the ceramic fibers is 10% or more and 22% or less with respect to the area of the insulator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
