PURPOSE: To make it possible to manufacture the title coil easily at a low price by a method wherein the end parts of the wires, located at both edges of a cylindrical flat cable, are connected respectively and all wires are electrically connected in series.

CONSTITUTION: A flat cable 3, consisting of a plurality of wires arranged in a parallel state at the positions which are insulated with one another in an insulating coated material respectively, is installed on the circumferential surface of a coil spool 2, both end parts of each wire are exposed from both end parts of the flat cable 3, and at the same time, both end parts of each wire are coupled with each other using a pressure-welded connector 4. Accordingly, a coil 1 can be obtained by connecting the wires located on both edge parts of the flat cable 3 using a pressure-welded connector 3, for example. As a result, the productivity of the coil 1 can be improved, the use of expensive winding machine equipment is unnecessitated, and the coil 1 can be manufactured at a low price.
