PURPOSE: To facilitate connection of a coil by welding, and to form the coil easily reducing fears of a short-circuit, etc., by a method wherein a coil sheet is formed in a parallelogram type (excluding rectangles) having width broader than width in the disposing direction in parallel of elemental wires of coil, and is wound up in a cylindrical type.

CONSTITUTION: A coil sheet 2 is formed in a parallelogram type of which width in the longitudinal direction of elemental wires 1 of coil is broader than width in the disposing direction in parallel of the elemental wires 1 of coil. By winding up the coil sheet in the longitudinal direction to form a cylindrical type, both the end parts of the elemental wires 1 of coil can be butted mutually being shifted one wire by one wire (the elemental wires 1 of coil arranged at both edge parts of the coil sheet 2 are excluded). Confronting faces 4 of the elemental wires 1 of coil are inclined in the circumferential direction having the prescribed angles, and accordingly the confronting faces 4 thereof are broadened as compared with the present, and moreover the confronting faces 4 of the mutually adjoining elemental wires 1 of coil are slipped in order in the circumferential direction extending over the longitudinal direction of the coil 3. Welding (containing soldering) of the mutual end parts of the elemental wires 1 of coil butted by utilizing the confronting faces 4 like this can attained easily without generating a short-circuit.
