Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to receive and contain a coin of specific denomination without setting a denomination coin storage release part for containing a received coin in accordance with its denomination with regard to the coin of specific denomination.
SOLUTION: A received coin is identified and a coin that can be received is temporarily held. When a coin of specific denomination is not included in the temporarily held coin, the temporarily held coin is carried to a coin selection part by a carrier means 25 and the selection part is made to select and, at the same time, a denomination coin storage release part 112 is made to contain it. When the coin of specific denomination is contained in the temporarily held coin, the temporarily held coin is made to contain into a collection cassette 174 by a collection means 106. The collection cassette 174 contains an overflow coin and a collected coin from the denomination coin storage release part 112 collectively.
