Abstract:

To attain lightening in weight by reducing metallic materials without damaging any function by forming the rotor and rotor guide of a coin feeding part of synthetic resin materials having wear resistance and reducing the coefficient of friction on the surface.

A rotor 7 and a rotor guide 9 of a coin feeding part 4 are formed of the synthetic resin materials having wear resistance and reducing the coefficient of friction on the surface. For example, a polyacetal (POM) resin can be used. Concerning the rotor 7 or rotor guide 9 formed from such POM resin, the coefficient of friction on its surface becomes about 0.1, the friction coefficient is remarkably reduced in comparison with the coefficient 0.67 of friction on the surface of conventional metallic one, a surface to easily slide is provided and further, the wear resistance on its surface is improved as well. Besides, since the rotor 7 is made of synthetic resin, weight is reduced in comparison with the conventional metallic rotor, therefore, inertia at the time of device operating is reduced and a load on a driving motor is reduced.
