Title:
COIN INPUT MECHANISM AND COIN PROCESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002150388
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a coin input mechanism capable of miniaturizing a coin processor by providing it with a simple structure.

This coin input mechanism is characterized by that it has a first inlet 21 receiving collectively deposited coins 2, a hopper shaped slot 11 provided with a first outlet 22 discharging the coins one by one, a passage 12 provided with a second inlet 23 receiving the coins discharged from the first outlet, a lock mechanism 14 moving in between the slot and the passage and blocking the discharging of the coins from the first outlet, and a driving means 13 driving and moving the lock mechanism, and the driving means is composed so as to apply vibration to the passage toward the slot when driving the lock mechanism. Since the driving means driving the lock means applies vibration to the passage and there is no need to particularly provide a driving means carrying out a drive applying vibration to the passage, the coin processor can be provided with a simple structure and miniaturized.
