PURPOSE: To eliminate the deflecting reduction of coins in a loading cylinder with respect to the same type of the coins by storing the difference of the residual number of coins in the plural loading cylinders in which the number of the paid coins for one time are different in the same type of the coin, and paying the coins according to a paying combination so as to make the difference of the residual number minimum.

CONSTITUTION: A control part reads the paying pattern in which a common difference goes to minimum, and coin fetching devices 16,... selectively operate according to the paying pattern. In such a case, the control part 21 simultaneously operates the two coin fetching devices 16 and 16, makes the devices pay three coins from two loading cylinders 13 and 14, and then executes paying operation with the paying pattern being used as the basic pattern to pay one coin from the loading cylinder 13, which extracts coins one by one. Thus, the common difference in the two loading cylinders 13 and 14 can be prevented from being generated, and the loading number of the coins with respect to the loading cylinders 13 and 14 can be reduced.
