Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin processor capable of notifying a user and a person in charge of a change shortage. SOLUTION: This coin processor is provided with coin dropping devices 17, 18, 19 and 20 provided in hoppers of each denomination and for dropping the number of coins in each denomination needed for change onto a carrying means 21, a coin drop controlling means 25 for transmitting a signal that instructs the coin dropping devices on the number of coins to be dropped from the coin dropping devices, the number of dropped coins adding means 26 for adding the total number of coins dropped from the signal about the number of coins from the coin drop controlling means to the coin dropping devices, a receiving bowl previous stage hopper 22 on the previous state of a receiving bowl, an ejection coin counting device 23 for counting the number of coins to ejected to the hopper 22, and the number of ejected coins coincidence confirmation means for confirming whether the number of coins added and dropped by the adding means 26 coincides with the number of ejected coins counted by the counting means 23.
