Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely prevent the fall of a coin from the coin paying port of the upper part of a saucer to a money paying side at the time of the reception and the payment of money, and in addition, to eliminate the necessity of excessive space for closing the coin paying port.
CONSTITUTION: The tray 4 to keep temporarily the coin P thrown and received from the coin receiving and paying port 2 of a device main body 1 is constituted of a rotating body 41 freely rotatable concentrically and of a semicylindrical section opened at its upper part so as to form a receiving port 42. At the time of the reception of money while a door 3 is in an opened state, by closing the coin paying port 35 from which the coin is paid on the tray 4 at the time of the payment of money, and rotating this rotating body 41 so that the receiving port 42 faces downward, the coin is made capable of being thrown on a delivering belt of a coin delivering part, and on the other hand, at the time of the payment of money while the door 3 is in a closed state, the rotating body 41 is rotated and controlled so as to open the coin paying port 35.
