Title:
COIN PROCESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3583274
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin processor to permit well-balanced achievement of shortening of processing time, lowering of halt rate and improvement of acceptance rate when a coin which is impossible to be discriminated is detected upon coping with discrimination accuracy of coins and miniaturizing the entire coin processor.
SOLUTION: The coins in a linear part 20 are returned to a rotational disc 14 by reversely transporting the coins by reversing a transportation means 26 and the coins in a linear part 22 is rejected by a rejecting means 45 by constituting the coin processor by constituting a coin path 15 by the linear parts 20, 22 to be connected in serial via a bend 21, arranging a discrimination means 33 to be extended to the linear parts 20, 22 and providing the rejecting means 45 capable of rejecting the coins in the linear part 22 at the downstream side of the bend 21 at the bend 21 from the coin path 15.
