Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the whole of a selector by providing a circular-arc passage means for rolling a supplied coin by a peripheral edge and a groove means having a nearly V-shaped cross section for guiding the upper edge of the rolling coin. SOLUTION: Rolling of a coin supplied from an opening 21 at the top of a selector is guided by a circular-arc passage formed by a crane-shaped plate 23 making about a 1/4 circle. A little large arm 51 is formed at the center of the upper edge of a main body frame 25. This arm 51 is additionally bent downward and its tip part is fixed to a projecting axis 52. Then, a spacer is interposed to the axis 52 to externally mount a roller 53 in a freely rotatable manner. A groove 55 is formed all around the source end part of this roller 53. Further, a groove 56 is formed all around the tip part of this roller 53. This groove 56 is provided for guiding the upper end of the coin. One of the side surfaces of the groove 56 is formed to be a slope. In other words, the groove 56 of a nearly V-shaped cross section is formed at the roller 53.
