This coin safe rotating mechanism in the ticket vending machine is provided with multiple coin safe receptacles 12, 13, 14 and 15 having open upper parts for storing various coins and one open side parts, a frame 16 having the multiple coin safe receptacles aligned so as to face the respective open sides to the same surface, a closing plate 17 contacting with the open side parts of the respective coin safe receptacles to close the side parts, when the respective coin safe receptacles are held in a horizontal state, and a single shaft 18 disposed parallel to the surface of the open side part in the open side part side of the upper parts of the respective coin safe receptacles with the multiple coin safe receptacles aligned horizontally and put in the frame 16. The multiple coin safe receptacles are rotationally supported to the frame 16 by the shaft 18 so as to be individually and rotationally turned.
