Abstract:

To provide a coin sorter rail capable of easily sorting coins from all over the world by using rails and storing by coin type.

In the coin sorter rail, coin sorting holes 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 are opened on a main body rail 1 and a guiding rail 2 is adhered. As a coin 23 is slid from top, the coin slides through a coin flow adjusting plate 22 and when passing though each coin sorting hole, it drops down from a hole of matching with the size of the coin 23 and is sorted and stored in a coin receiving box 4. By using this, the following advantages can be obtained: (1) Coins can be sorted accurately by a simple structure. (2) The coin sorter rail can be used for coins from all over the world by changing the coin sorting holes. (3) The coin sorter rail can be used anywhere as it is manually operated and an power source is not required. (4) Flow of coins can be checked while sorting. (5) Hence, angle adjustment can be performed according to sliding behavior of the coins.
