To increase the security of a register by pulling out a drawer according to an opening command from a host device.

A drawer 2 pushed into a storage casing 1 is butted to a push-out spring 80 so as to be pressed to its drawing direction, and when a rear end face 2b of the drawer 2 reaches a predetermined position, a lock pin 81 is configured so as to be engaged with a rotary hook 82 inside the storage casing 1. Also, an electromagnetic solenoid 83 for unlocking is arranged in the storage casing 1 so as to be adjacent to the rotary hook 82, and the arm 83a is connected to the rotary hook 82. The electromagnetic solenoid 83 is conducted according to an opening command from the outside, and the rotary hook 82 is rotated to a clockwise direction around the axis 82a by the arm 83a, and operated so that its engagement with the lock pin 81 can be released.
