PURPOSE: To easily discharge coins from a change storage part into a safe at the time of collecting them and to prevent an abnormal operation at the time of selling by rotating a switchover machine in connection to the opening/ closing of a door and switching the transportation direction of the coins.

CONSTITUTION: When the door 2 is opened, a lever 44 whose trailing end abuts on the door up to the present and is pressed forward, is opened and a second branch pipe 23 which communicates with the safe is opened by the energizing force of a screw coil spring. Then, a rotary board 21 is rotated in a rotary position where a first branch pipe 22 is closed. When a change collection switch is operated, the coins in the change collection parts 12 and 13 are dropped and discharged from a change discharge port 15, and they collide with the rotary board 21 and the transportation direction is switched. The coins descend by gravity while they slide or roll on the surface of the rotary board 21, and they are collected in the safe through the second branch pipe 23. Thus, the coins can easily be collected in the safe only by opening the door 2 and operating the change collection switch.
