Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin-wrapping machine, which can efficiently collect old coins by surely sorting newly issued coins and the old coins circulated thus far, even though the coins have the same denomination without having to providing special mechanisms.
SOLUTION: In the coin-wrapping machine when coins of a denomination, specified by a denomination specifying means include the newly issued coins and coins which have already circulated, a control unit is so constituted so to discriminate between the newly issued coins and circulated coins, when a count mode is selected; a 1st coin-sorting and collecting means selects and collects acceptable coins; and when the coins of the specified denomination includes the newly issued coins and circulated coins, a 2nd coin selecting and collecting means selects and collects one of them.
