Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a coining sheet material for ornament, giving sharp coined pattern and capable of continuous work, with high productivity by preparing an Au sheet containing specific amounts of one or more elements among Ag, Cu, Fe, Pd, Ca, Pb, Pt, Al, Ni, Zn, and Mn.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet consisting of Au containing 30-400ppm, in total, of one or ≥2 elements among Ag, Cu, Fe, Pd, Ca Pb, Pt, Al, Ni, Zn, and Mn and having about 0.1-0.8mm thickness is prepared. By this method, the coining sheet material for ornament, where sticking to die is reduced and sticking resistance is improved, can be obtained.
