PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coke oven combustion chamber observation device that is simple in structure and easy in handling, allows observation inside a combustion chamber of a coke oven, with a sufficiently wide observation visual field, and allows observation of a plurality of combustion chambers in a short time.SOLUTION: A coke oven combustion chamber observation device includes a pipe body, an observation chamber 53 provided at the tip of the pipe body, a camera 56 and a mirror 58 stored inside the observation chamber 53, an observation window 54 opening in a side wall part of the observation chamber 53, and heat-resistant glass 55 disposed in the observation window 54. The camera 56 is arranged so that its optical axis is along an axis O of the pipe body. The mirror 58 is arranged at a position on an extension line of the optical axis and facing the observation window 54. The distance L between the camera 56 and the mirror 58 on the optical axis and the length w in a direction of the axis O of the observation window 54 have a relation of L≤w/2. The outer periphery of the camera 56 is covered with a shield cover 57.
