Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coke oven gas recovery device which, even when a large amount of coke oven gas is generated from a carbonization chamber, can surely suck the coke oven gas to perform stable operation, and to provide a spray nozzle for recovering coke oven gas which is used in the coke oven gas recovery device.SOLUTION: In a coke oven gas recovery device 50, fluid is jetted from a spray nozzle 61, whereby coke oven gas generated from a carbonization chamber is cooled, and the coke oven gas is sucked and recovered. The spray nozzle 61 is configured so that the spray shape of the jetted fluid is formed into a hollow cone 70 and so that the spray angle α becomes smaller as a supply pressure of the fluid increases. The ratio d/D, which is a ratio of a jet diameter d of the spray nozzle 61 in the throat part 52 to an inner diameter D of a throat part 52 is in a range of 0.70 or more and 0.95 or less under a condition that the supply pressure of the fluid in a pressure control part 69 is 1.0 MPa or more and 2.5 MPa or less.
