In a cold accumulator for a cool-keeping storage which is equipped with a box-shaped casing 27 for storing a cold accumulating agent 31 and a heat transfer pipe 28 where a refrigerant is circulated to work as an evaporator 23, many heat transfer fins 29, 29,... wherein the heat transfer pipes 28 are set are made integrally at the heat radiation face 27a of the casing 27, whereby the heat conduction efficiency between the cold accumulating agent 31 and the heat conductive pipe 28 or the heat radiation face 27a at cold accumulation or at cool keeping is raised.
