PURPOSE: To provide a cold climate intermediate wear giving excellent heat insulation, fast sweat absorption and evaporation and comfortable wearing touch when worn between an underwear and an upperwear, by employing a wadding formed of an inner layer comprising hydrophobic fiber non-woven fabric, an intermediate layer comprising hydrophilic fiber non-woven fabric and an outer layer comprising highly crimped fiber non-woven fabric.
CONSTITUTION: A wadding 1 formed of an inner layer A comprising hydrophobic fiber non-woven fabric having a single filament fineness of ≤1 denier, an intermediate layer B comprising hydrophilic fiber non-woven fabric and an outer layer C comprising hydrophobic fiber non-woven fabric having a single filament fineness larger than that of the non-woven fabric in the intermediate layer B, a crimp number of ≥8 crimps/inch and a crimping rate of ≥17 degree is laminated to both a face faric 2 and a lining fabric 3, the fibers of each fabric being raised, and subsequently sewed to provide the objective intermediate wear.
