PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition having excellent adhesivity, by compounding a specific diorganopolysiloxane, a cyclic organopolysiloxane, and a filler.

CONSTITUTION: A composition composed of (A) 100pts.wt. of a diorganopolysiloxane wherein both chain terminals are blocked with OH groups, e.g. a raw material of silicone rubber of formula I (R4 is alkyl, aryl, etc.), (B) 0.01W20 parts of a cyclic organopolysiloxane of formula II (R1 is univalent hydrocarbon group; R2 is bivalent hydrocarbon group; R3 is H or 1W12C univalent hydrocarbon group; Y is amino; A is univalent hydrocarbon group or alkoxy; a is 1 or 2; b is 2W8; c is 0W6, provided that a+b+c is 3W10), (C) 1W400 parts of a filler such as precipitated calcium carbonate, and if necessary, (D) 0W20 parts of a cyclic organopolysiloxane of formula III (d is 2W10; e is 0W6; provided that d+e is 3W10).
