To provide a cold grinding device which can inhibit the back-flow of gas evaporated in a raw material refrigerator into a raw material hopper and the suction of an open air into the raw material refrigerator, and also can stably refrigerate the raw material by a liquefied gas and grind the raw material using a grinder.
The raw material sent from the raw material hopper, is supplied to the raw material refrigerator by a quantitative feeder, then the raw material refrigerated by the raw material refrigerator, is ground using the grinder, and the powder and the gas are separated by a separator. Further, the separated gas is allowed to become confluent, as a carrier gas, with the gas evaporated from the raw material refrigerator by circulating the separated gas. The flow of the circulating gas is adjusted by interlocking with the supply and stoppage of the liquefied gas by a liquefied gas supply controller.
