To provide a cold and hot storage apparatus which can travel a cart straight by operating a steering wheel by using both hands in bare hand state.
A cold and hot storage apparatus in which a hot storage chamber 20H and a cold storage chamber 20C are partitioned by a heat insulating partitioning wall 12 includes: a station 70 in which a heater 81 for heating the interior of the hot storage chamber and a cooler for cooling the interior of a refrigerating chamber are incorporated; a cart body 40 which comprises a heat insulation box and is housed freely removably in the station 70; and a frame cart 10 which has the partitioning wall 12 and is housed freely removably in the cart body 40. The cold and hot storage apparatus is characterized in that the frame cart 10 is housed in the cart 40, thereby, the hot storage chamber and the cold storage chamber are divided and formed in the cart body 40, a steering wheel body is fitted removably to the cold storage chamber side in the frame cart 10 and a steering wheel attachment part capable of attaching the steering wheel body is disposed on the hot storage chamber side in the frame cart 10.
