The cold-insulated coffin comprises a base for mounting the dead body, a lid body set on the base for dividing a storage space to cover the dead body, and a cooler for releasing cold air to the storage space on the base divided by the lid body and a freezer for circulating a coolant to the cooler, both of which are built in the base. The lid body is divided into a head side lid part for covering the head side of the dead body from the chest and a leg side lid part for covering the leg side of the dead body from the chest part, and at least part of the head side lid body can be opened/closed. The heat-insulated coffin is also characterized by a partition member for dividing the storage space into a head side storage space for storing the dead body on the head side from the chest and a leg side storage space for storing the dead body on the leg side from the chest part.
