PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation box with a cold storage function that contributes to saving of resources and energy and maintains a cold insulation effect uniformly for a long time, and an efficient cold storage method using the cold insulation box.SOLUTION: A cold insulation box with a cold storage function comprises: a panel that includes a heat insulator and a cold storage agent between a pair of front and back plates and a refrigerant circulation pipe arranged in the cold storage agent; a header pipe that communicates with the circulation pipe; and a circulating pump provided to the header.
