Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-insulation tool comprising a novel cold-insulation composition whose cubical expansion during freezing is suppressed and which can stably maintain the cold-insulation temperature at around -2 to 0°C for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The cold-insulation tool comprises a cold-insulation composition that contains one or more compounds selected from a group consisting of monosaccharide, ascorbic acid, ascorbate and sugar alcohol having 4 to 8 carbon atoms, and a solvent, and in which the content of the compound is 0.6 to 2.9 mass%.
