Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cutting separation possible with a cold ring roller itself wherein a ring intermediary, which being constituted in a shape that width direction left, right is symmetric, is ring rolled into a product shape with a cold ring roller, and a connection part is cut with a rotary cutter equipped with the cold ring roller simultaneously with the rolling or after the completion of rolling at its position.
SOLUTION: This invention is referred to a cold ring roller having rotary cutters 11 at positions coaxial to a correction roll of the cold ring roller and facing with a connecting part of a rolling width central part of a mandrel frame, which supports a mandrel 7, namely at positions facing to a rolling ring intermediary 10, which being connected face to face in left, right symmetrically. The rotary cutters 11 are allowed to move towards the ring intermediary 10 under rolling at any rolling time so as to cut the rolling ring intermediary 10 or a ring product after the rolling.
