Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold rolling device, a cold rolling method and a manufacturing method of a steel strip which suppresses the occurrence of hunching of plate thickness and improves plate thickness accuracy.SOLUTION: A cold rolling device includes: a plurality of cold rolling machines which perform rolling of material to be rolled; a strength measuring device which is disposed on the inlet side of a rolling machine of the first step and measures the strength of the material to be rolled; and a control device which controls at least one side of a roller gap amount of the rolling machine and a rotation speed of a work roll of the rolling machine based on fluctuations of the strength in a longitudinal direction of the material to be rolled measured by the strength measuring device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
